Trail building in San Diego
Trail Advocacy

Shaping the future of San Diego trails.

A dual-track approach to short-term trail improvements and long-term advocacy, planning, and stakeholder engagement across San Diego County.

SDMBA works on two fronts to improve trail access: short-term projects like trail trimming, tread repair, and bridge replacement, paired with long-term advocacy including master trail plans, public comment periods, and stakeholder engagement across jurisdictions.
